Great food takes time – even food for thought for that matter! This has never been so true as with the recently published “A Platter of Love” book in which I had the honor to participate with seven other talented chefs. Under the initiative of Angliss, we held photo sessions and classes 4 years ago when I was still with Four Seasons.
Each of us coached cooking sessions with different charity organization. I had the privilege to help an association that helps teenager at large and put them in the right path, the Yang Social Service. One of the most important part of me is that we all had fun doing it and I was really proud to be able to influence these great people in any positive way I could.
In the book, I am sharing a total of 4 desserts recipes easy to follow and to make.
