Among other recipes, my signature candied ginger pan d’oro stuffed with vanilla cream, black truffle croissant and shaved parmesan, porcini and sage Campagne toast with Roblechon fondue or the winter fruit pumpkin curd. Last but not least, cinnamon brioche & chestnut pudding with candied kumquat, and fabulous quince paste danish pastries with TCHO 68% hot chocolate! Talk about starting the new year on a diet resolution? Forget it! ;-)
