On October 26, our traditional chocolate sour cherry kiss is turning pink to show our support for the breast cancer pink day!
And yes… turns out it really fits the breast cancer support! ;-)
Every day should be a pink day!
afternoon tea, breast, breast cancer, cancer, charity, cherry kisses, fund, help, kiss, love, pink, pink day, share, support, sweets, wear it pink

Yes! Pretty in pink and all for a good cause as well!
Yay! We create awareness any ways we can! This is so important and meaningful! :)
Nice shape Chef! Is it piped marshmallow? Very perky :)
Cheers Simon! :)
It’s a sort of Italian meringue made with egg white powder only and a LOT of sour cherry juice! We replace most of the sugar by inverted sugar and glucose. Just the right sweetness and super tangy!
Hi Chef, what is inverted sugar?
Inverted sugar, also called trimoline, is a sort of engineered sugar that keeps products moist, avoid crystallization and is less sweet than regular sugar. Great to use in many recipes! :)
Ooo la la! A little naughty, but oh so delicious I bet! Nice work chef!
Yessss!!! Thanks a lot! ;))
