A glimpse of some of our sweet canapes…

Away from overly sweet pastries, we focused on seasonal flavors, refreshing citrus touches and clean finishes. Presentation and color contrast makes them attractive to the eye, yet, we completely left out superfluous mint leaves, non-sense sugar decoration or irrelevant blend of flavors.

These canapes are served during pre-dinner drinks, cocktail parties or events where food is passed around.
