What a day spent together with Vicki from WOM guide in our humble pastry kitchen!

For her very original and great column In the Kitchen for WOM guide, Vicki, joined us for the making of a chocolate and yuzu cake anyone could replicate at home. More than the review and secret tips revealed, Vicki posted the full recipe and the making of her chosen decoration, a marzipan rose.

It made such a difference to spend a day guiding someone step by step on how to make a cake, and although Vicki admitted not remembering when was the last time she did a cake – she did it very well!
